At Aberdeen Asset Managers Private Equity we arrange equity finance for management buy-outs (MBOs), management buy-ins (MBIs), acquisition finance, replacement capital and development capital for private companies throughout the UK.

We manage over Ł139.1 million* for a variety of client funds, and our dedicated teams have a wide range of industry and sector knowledge and experience which enables us to source, analyse and execute the best deals for our clients.

Growth Capital

Our Growth Capital team focuses on providing equity funding for companies valued at up to Ł25 million throughout the UK. We invest from a range of client funds, including VCTs and a number of specialist investment Companies. Within the Growth Capital team we have executives dedicated to investing in the AiM market on behalf of our VCT clients.
